To drive this next phase, we have identified and focused on five primary sectors that are poised for significant advancement. Our strategy for each sector is tailored to capitalize on its unique strengths and market position.
1. Expanding the Wholesale of Poetry
Our venture, Time's Library, is expanding its reach by focusing on wholesale partnerships for its poetry collections. We are establishing new distribution channels to bring curated poetry to a wider range of businesses, including boutique shops, educational institutions, hospitality partners, and event planners. This allows us to scale the distribution of our creative works, making them accessible to diverse audiences.
2. Scaling Digital and Physical Art
Through Teal Bench Art Studio, a department of America(n) Art Academy, we are scaling our art business by focusing on a wide range of wholesale products. Our strategy includes forging relationships with interior designers, hotels, galleries, and retail partners. We are also pursuing licensing agreements to place our art on a variety of products and platforms, ensuring our creations have a broader reach.
3. Growing Our Multimedia Competition
The Eight League competition, a unique multimedia event, is set to become a premier brand. We are focused on building brand partnerships and securing sponsorships from leaders in the skateboarding, filmmaking, art, and science industries. Our plan includes expanding our content distribution and creating premium subscription tiers, providing fans with exclusive access and immersive experiences.
4. Building the Sidewalk Slam Universe
Our IP universe, Sidewalk Slam, is entering a new stage of development. We are concentrating on expanding the universe through a multi-platform content strategy that includes books, comics, audio dramas, and more. Our approach is centered on building a dedicated fan community and exploring partnerships to bring the franchise to life across a wide range of media and merchandise.
5. Launching Our Flagship Hoverboard
Under the Life Skate Company brand, we are preparing for the commercial launch of our high-performance hoverboard. Our strategy is to establish the hoverboard as a premium, authentic product in the market by focusing on direct-to-consumer sales, building key partnerships with specialty retailers, and leveraging high-quality media to highlight its unique features and capabilities.
A Future of Public Offerings and Strategic Divestments
This focused strategy is designed to create a pipeline of dozens of new brands. Our long-term vision is to take these high-potential ventures public, seeking external investments that will fuel continued innovation and growth.
We are also planning to strategically sell some of our brands to new owners who can help them reach their full potential. This includes the Aura social media app, Science Fare, a joint partnership with Dab Troll Creations, and several other brands.
